Fostering saves lives, just like Bucky’s Little Bucky was found in the street in Buckhead (hence the name!). He was fortunate enough to make it to Furkids, where he was welcomed with some poking and prodding (and a pet or two) from our med team. Finally, Bucky got his own little room to play and relax in. His long and tiring journey has turned out wonderfully, and now he's got many more days to look forward to! Confetti Finally Goes Home

Confetti Finally Goes Home 5,291 days. That’s 14 ½ years. Until April 30th, Confetti was the kitty who had been with Furkids the longest. Confetti was born in November of 2002 – the same year Furkids was founded, and came to Furkids in November 2004 from the Atlanta Humane Society, which means she may have spent her entire life in shelters. Confetti was adopted and returned several times over the years. Usually she was returned because of inconsistent litter box use. The last time she was adopted was in 2015. Kitten Season FAQs You may have heard that kitten season is here, but what exactly is "kitten season?" We caught up with Terri B, our resident kitten expert, to learn the basics! Q.
